I have attended Gills yoga class for a few years now. The mix of people is wonderful and everyone is so supportive and kind. Gill is brilliant, knowledgeable and makes our class fun. I always come away feeling so much better.

After going to Gill's yoga for many years I can honestly say it's the most rewarding class I've ever been to. Gill is a true professional and will always explain the various different positions you can take if you have an ailment or a limiting factor, to enable you to get the most out of the class. I always leave fully refreshed and stretched out ready for the day!

I can't recommend Gills Yoga enough - I've been going for about 6 months and it's almost completely resolved the hip pain I had been suffering with for many years. Gill is so friendly and welcoming and the class has a real family feel - honestly give it a go you won't be disappointed!

I go to Gill’s yoga classes every week and absolutely love them! Her classes are personalised and are suitable for all levels of ability. I always feel like I’ve worked hard but very relaxed at the end. I’ve struggled with knee problems and her classes have really helped strengthen it again. I 100% recommend it!

I've been doing yoga with Gill for a number of month's after struggling with a persistent hamstring injury from rugby. Over this time my overall flexibility has improved dramatically and my hamstring is much better. I've really got into my yoga and think it's something i will continue with as its so enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
